Our chutes help you control the environment between your livestock and the truck. The corrugated sheet metal top and adjustable filler plates (at both truck and building ends) keep rain, snow, cold air, and strange smells away from your livestock - meaning that they load more willing, saving you time and money. A 69" overall width is divided into a 33" livestock walkway (with traction bars) and a 18" operator walkway, leaving plenty of room to work with the livestock and keep them moving. A side entry door for the operator makes it easy for people to get in and out - no squeezing past the edge of the shoot. More than just a loading ramp - our chutes give a better return on investment than the competition.
Not all loading situations are the same, so our livestock chutes give the option of either a single-end loadout, or a 3-way loadout. Each is available in lengths of 16', 24', or 28'. A loading height of 10', with a pair of adjustable support legs get you up to the truck while keeping the load stable. The transport tongue easily slips out of the way on all models, so it won't interfere with the truck or trip you up.
As with all of our products, heavy duty components and construction help differentiate us from the competition. With 1.5" 14 gauge square tubing, 16 gauge sheet metal walls, and a corrugated steel top, they are built to last. A 3500 lb self-braking safety winch with 5/16" cable makes adjustments quick and easy. The transport tongue is heavy 3"x3" square tubing, and transport arms lock to the adjustable undercarriage to make transport quick and easy on equipment.
